Spanish wind turbine maker Gamesa said it has secured a contract with the Greek
company Terna Energy to provide operation and maintenance services on 116
megawatt (MW) located in Poland and Bulgaria for a period of five
years.
"The company has thereby renewed the existing maintenance service
agreement covering 52 G90-2.0 MW and on 6 G97-2.0 MW wind turbines, installed
the last four years in seven wind farms in Poland and in two wind farms in
Bulgaria," it said in a statement on Wednesday.
Gamesa provides its
operation and maintenance services on 603 MW in Poland and 90 MW in Bulgaria for
more than 10 customers.
