Sound Oil PLC (SOU.LN) said Tuesday that it has signed a land lease contract for the well addressing the Nervesa discovery, which has an estimated net present value at a discount rate of 10% of $66 million and is expected to provide material cash flows from 2015, on the Carita permit in Northern Italy.
