Russia may cut its stake in pipeline operator OAO Transneft (TRNFP.RS) to 75% by 2014, First Vice President Maksim Grishanin said at a meeting with analysts Thursday, Russian news agencies reported.

He also said the company will propose dividend payouts for 2012 at 46% of net profit in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards.
