in 2013 and by even more in the following years, Interfax quoted the company's
chief executive, Alexander Dyukov, as saying Friday.

"We plan to grow hydrocarbon output in 2013 by 3%-4%. From 2014 we expect
significant growth in production, when our new projects will be
launched--Messoyakha, Novoport and Prorazlomnoye," he said.

Mr. Dyukov also said the company may shortly decide on whether to pay dividends
twice a year.
