OAO Gazprom (GAZP.RS) is considering including foreign partners in the
development of the Shtokman project, the company's CEO told reporters on
Friday, following a meeting with President Vladimir Putin. 
	
	
"We are considering the possibility of new partners entering into the
project. In the field of LNG [liquefied natural gas] we are already working
with Shell on other projects," he also noted. 
	
	
Gazprom owns 51% of Shtokman, Total SA (TOT) of 
France
 owns
25% and Statoil owns 24%. The project has suffered a number of
