Spanish utility Gas Natural (GAS.MC) is in talks with BG Group Plc (BG.LN) to buy the U.K. oil and gas company's 65% stake in India's Gujarat Gas Co. Ltd. (523477.BY), Reuters reported Sunday, citing an unnamed source.

The deal is estimated at around $900 million, the report on the Reuters website said. Officials from Gas Natural and BG Group weren't immediately available for comment, it added.
