Italy will provide Libya's rebel council with loans and fuel products worth EUR300 million to EUR400 million, a foreign ministry spokesman said in Abu Dhabi Thursday.
Italy will provide Libya 's rebel council with loans and fuel products worth EUR300 million to EUR400 million, a foreign ministry spokesman said in Abu Dhabi Thursday.

"We will be able to provide on a national basis some direct help, loans and fuel, for the value of EUR300 to EUR400 millions," spokesman Maurizio Massari told reporters on the sidelines of the third meeting of the International Contact Group on Libya.
