HVAC Systems will continue to develop the Poarta Albă project until commissioning
HVAC Systems currently manages projects with an installed capacity of about 150 MW, the company said in a press release, noting that the partnership with BayWa r.e. demonstrates its commitment to sustainable and innovative renewable energy development.
“We are excited about this collaboration and we are convinced that our expertise in energy engineering, together with the resources and experience of BayWa r.e., will make a significant contribution to the development of projects from renewable sources in Romania and in the region,” said Cristian Andrei, CEO of HVAC Systems.
The takeover strengthens the positions of both companies on the local market, while helping reduce greenhouse gas emissions, increase energy efficiency and protect the environment, according to the statement.

HVAC Systems specializes in HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning) engineering, energy engineering, and irrigation infrastructure development, as well as the development and management of photovoltaic and electricity storage projects.
