The Prime Minister of Greece, Mr. Kyriakos Mitsotakis, at his keynote speech to the 22nd World LNG Summit & Awards, stressed the importance of the longtime investment programme of the country in natural gas and LNG infrastructure. In his address to the Summit, the country’s Minister of the Environment & Energy, Mr. Kostas Skrekas, referred to Greece’s potential stemming from the addition of a new floating storage unit at the liquefied natural gas terminal in Revithoussa, an islet west of Athens, as well as its prospects to develop a significant role in the region’s LNG supply
