NUR-SULTAN, Kazakhstan – Kazakhstan’s Prime Minister Askar Mamin has set the task to completely eliminate the need for paper certificates in 2021. “In general, we must completely eliminate the need for paper certificates already in 2021, introduce the delivery of services from the Government for Citizens corporation and increase the availability of all online services and services to almost 100%,” Mamin told a government meeting on November 17.

 

The prime minister instructed the Ministry of Digital Development, together with interested government agencies, to approve a plan for transferring all socially significant public services to the eGov mobile application.
