The third issue of the South East Europe Energy Review (SEEER), IENE's new publication, circulated today, Friday, March 23, 2007.
The 20-page English-language newsletter is a unique tool for readers interested in energy issues in the South-east Europe and Russia.
Targeted primarily at IENE members, the SEEER is also distributed to selected international organizations and companies, as well as to a number of recipients in SE European countries.
IENE's newsletter is structured around three basic contents: an editorial and leading articles, news from SE Europe, and information regarding IENE's activities.
The next biomonthly issue is scheduled for publication in May.
