New Management Structure at Hellenic Petroleum (31/10/2003)

Greece’s largest oil company Hellenic Petroleum (ELPE) has a new organizational structure following its merger with rival refiner Petrola. This envisages five divisions, namely Refineries, Planning and International Activities, Supplies and Petroleum Marketing, Chemicals and Energy, and Finance. Accordingly five new directors, are originating from ELPE have been approinted as head of the above divisions as follows: Mr Nicholas Scandalis in charge of Refineries, Mr. Andreas Tzouros in charge of planning and International Activities, Mr. Apostolos Rizakos in charge of Supplies and Petroleum Marketing, and Mr. Zinovios Zinoviadis in charge of chemicals and Electricity Generation. In addition to the new division Petrola senior executives now participate at ELPE’s borid if directors. More specifically Mr. John Kostopoulos until recently Managing Director of PETROLA S.A. and Mr. Vordas, head of Petroleum Marketing of Petrola.
