MOL: Russia's Surgut Started Court Case Against The Company

Hungarian oil and gas company MOL Nyrt. (MOL.BU) said Thursday that Russia's OAO Surgutneftegas (SNGS.RS) initiated judicial supervision against MOL before the Metropolitan Court of Registration because of MOL's refusal to register Surgut's share purchase in the company's register.
