H Dominique Maillard, εκτελεστικός διευθυντής της γαλλικής εταιρείας ηλεκτροδότησης (RTE), ανέφερε την Τρίτη ότι η απόφαση της Ε.ΟΝ να πουλήσει το ηλεκτρικό της δίκτυο δεν αλλάζει σε κάτι την διαμάχη που έχει ξεσπάσει μεταξύ των κρατών που θέλουν να διασφαλίσουν το μονοπώλιο των κρατικών εταιρειών και της Ευρωπαϊκής Ένωσης που επιζητά την απελευθέρωση της ενεργειακής αγοράς.

Οι διαρροές της έκθεσης Νίμιτς και η δημοσίευσή της στο «ΒΗΜΑ» εγγράφονται τα απολύτως αρνητικά της κυβέρνησης. Συμφωνώ με τον πρωθυπουργό ότι ο μεγάλος ζημιωμένος από τις διαρροές ήταν η κυβέρνηση. Δεν είπε όμως ότι η μόνη υπεύθυνη των διαρροών ήταν η ίδια η κυβέρνηση. Και δεν καταλαβαίνουν ότι όσο θα προσπαθούν να κουκουλώσουν τα πράγματα και να μην αποκαλύπτεται ο υπεύθυνος των διαρροών, τόσο θα διευρύνεται η ευθύνη του πρωθυπουργού.
