to watch for instability in the Arab region "but in the long-run it is an
extremely positive phenomena," Barak said at a joint news conference with
U.S. Defense Secretary Robert Gates.
Barak also called the wave of protests across the
Middle
East
"a moving and inspiring phenomenon."
