Boyko Borisov's comments come a week after he announced, then quickly
retracted,
Bulgaria

complete withdrawal from the project, which is to be jointly funded by
Russia
.
The people of the
port

Burgas
"don't want this project... the international environment assessment won't
be favorable, it isn't profitable and we don't have money for it," Borisov
said Tuesday.
Borisov also said
Bulgaria
and
Russia
have
"good, pragmatic ties," and that
Bulgaria
is
"heading in the right direction."
