The conflict between Russia and Georgia may cause second thoughts about the transit-related risks associated with Georgia for some international oil and gas projects intended to bypass Russia, such as Odesa-Brody, says Troika. Notes Kazakhstan should also be concerned about the reliability of exporting its petroleum through Azerbaijan and Georgia.
