All top managers of London-listed generator OAO OGK-2 (OGKB.RS) have resigned receiving "golden parachutes" of around $23.5 million in total, newspaper Vedomosti reports Wednesday.
The move follows the board's recent approval of the resignation of OGK-2 Chief Executive Mikhail Kuzichev.
Russian gas monopoly OAO Gazprom (GAZP.RS), which owns 12.2% of OGK-2 and is expected to get control over the company after July 1, expressed its disapproval of the top management's decision.
