Turkish construction firm ENKA Insaat (ENKAI.IS) said Wednesday it has signed a preliminary agreement to build a 400 megawatt combined-cycle gas power plant in Russia, the Ihlas News Agency, or IHA, reported.
In a statement to Istanbul Stock Exchange it said the deal worth EUR329 million.
It also added that the plant will be completed in the third quarter of 2011.
