French wind-power developer Theolia SA Tuesday said it has
acquired Italian wind developer Maestrale Green Energy for EUR5
million.
Theolia said the price includes a "further payment depending on the number of megawatts authorised in the next three years."
In a statement, Theolia added that as of Nov. 23, Mastrale Green Energy's project portfolio was 500 megawatts.
